6al-4V Titanium body featuring a bold blue ano on the body! Includes Damascus Steel bearing cap.
NOTES: this was made as a prototype, One of the first titanium units I've made and was the start of getting tolerances dialed in. Functions perfectly as a tool, the bearing is butter smooth, but it is not a free spinning fidget toy, max spin time 1-2 seconds and looks great while helping you with your knife maintenance.
Features:
Fully CNC Machined Solid 6al-4V Titanium Body
Holds standard 1/4 bits securely
Approximately 3.1" long, bearing cap is 1" in diameter and grip is .615" diameter.
1/4 Hex broached in for keeping exact tolerances required.
Designed with ultimate grip in mind for breaking free pesky loc-tite on knife screws.
Bearing has been press installed under the cap.
Hand Finished, Sanded and Media Blasted and then lightly tumbled.
Bit Driver Features magnet recessed in the pocket for retention of magnetic bits.
