Shipping

     I strive to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while still maintaining the quality control I expect from myself. In most cases items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order date, many times I am able to ship much sooner. While I understand most people expect super fast shipping, my processes take time and currently this is a one man operation, not a warehouse full of thousands of people like Amazon.

 

     Occasionally I offer items for pre-sale. This means the items have not yet been made and it will take longer to get your items. Items marked as pre-orders will have the expected lead time listed, in most cases pre-orders will ship within 30-60 days. For items shipped within the USA, if it is lost in transit we will replace or refund at our discretion. If item is scanned as “delivered” or “notice left” we no longer take responsibility if it misdelivered but will assist with notifying shipper, and filing claims, but outcome of claims is not guaranteed. 

International orders are sent at the risk and responsibility of the buyer/recipient. A tracking number will be provided if available. We take no responsibility for products lost, misdelivered or seized by customs or authorities of your country when sent to any country outside of the USA.
